Ordering Information
Order: Orders require 10–14 days' notice before delivery date. Please email me at dippedindoylestown@outlook.com and I will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your order. Please be sure to include any food allergy information at the time of ordering. NOTE if you are using a custom logo or photo this will add an additional 14 days to your order.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book your event items.
Leadtime: All items are small batch and individually created, a minimum of 10-14 business days' notice is required for an order.
Cancellation: Items can be cancelled 4 days in advance; however, cancellation will cause forfeiture of your deposit.
Refunds: Because treats are perishable and made to order, all sales are final.
Changes: Changes to quantity, flavor, or design can be made up to 72 hours before pickup, depending on availability.
Pickup & Delivery: Will be arranged at time of order.
All treats are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Orders require 10–14 days' notice before delivery date. All sales are final. Custom orders require a 50% non‑refundable deposit and must be canceled at least 4 days before pickup. No refunds are issued for missed pickups, change of mind, or minor variations in handmade items.
